The American Constitution Society is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational organization. We are funded by foundation grants and donations from individuals. Contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law. We would be grateful for your support! Your contribution will help ACS to counter conservative dominance of the law and to strengthen fundamental values like civil rights and liberties and access to justice.

A contribution of $50 or more ($25 or more for law professors and government and public interest lawyers; $10 or more for students) entitles you to an annual membership in the American Constitution Society. ACS members receive regular updates on our work, our newsletter, priority registration and discounts for events, invitations to members-only events, and other benefits.
